Cultural Officer | Center for National Culture

Ophelia is a Cultural Officer at the Centre for National Culture, under Ghana’s National Commission on Culture. She is the assistant head of the visual arts department. In this capacity, she drives cultural education, visual arts initiatives, and impactful community outreach.

Parallel to her public service, she serves as the Assistant Regional Facilitating Manager and Training Lead at Bridgeway Foundation LBG, where she oversees facilitator training and spearheads community-based development projects.

A passionate advocate for youth development and inclusive education, she is dedicated to preserving Ghana’s heritage. An explorer at heart, Ophelia spends her leisure time traveling and sightseeing, constantly seeking to deepen her connection to the nation’s rich cultural landscape.
